Поэтому мы рады принять просьбу главного редактора Айдина Арома и однажды записали, какое у нас представление о современной сосудистой медицине в целом и современной терапии варикозного расширения вен в частности.
Гарантированный успех лечения
Три доктора лечат под руководством доктора мед. Ульф Торстен Зирау в Saphenion Venenzentren в Берлине и Ростоке. В этих клиниках по лечению сосудистых заболеваний врачи с 2002 года занимаются малоинвазивными и катетерными хирургическими процедурами. При этом эти техники не только щадящие и минимально инвазивные, но, прежде всего, также эффективные. Уже в 1997 году врачи провели первое амбулаторное катетерное лечение на артериальной системе. После более чем 10000 операций по удалению вен Saphenion использует сегодня различные методы щадящей катетерной терапии. На сегодняшний день клиники имеют сертификат по применению радиоволновой терапии RFITT и VenaSeal (Биологический клей).
При этом вены склеиваются щадяще – дла врачей это первый выбор для лечения варикозного расширения вен. Кроме того, врачи работают с биполярными радиоволнами и склерозированием микропеной, которые являются золотым стандартом в современной венозной терапии для лечения сосудистых звездочек, поверхностных и боковых ветвей. Эта терапия была модифицирована врачами в Sealing-Foam-Therapie (клейкая пена). С одной стороны, используется эффект запустения, с другой – эффект склеивания. Этот процесс не только недорог, он очень щадящий и высокоэффективный. Анестезия излишня, трудоспособность и спортивные занятия неограниченны.
Saphenion продолжает лечение артерий при их закупорке (так называемая нога курильщика) с помощью балонного катетера или использования сосудистого протеза (стент).
Saphenion – также единственная клиника в Германии, которая использует для лечения кист коленного сустава радиоволновую катетерную систему RFITT.

ZurGesundheit.press – Saphenion is presented in the current issue of the magazine and on the Internet. We are very pleased that this renowned health magazine has come to our attention.
We are therefore happy to respond to the request of the editor-in-chief, Aidin Aroma, and have once written down what idea we have of modern vascular medicine in general and modern varicose vein therapy in particular.
Guaranteed treatment success
Three doctors treat under the guidance of doctor Ulf Thorsten Zierau at the Saphenion Venenzentren in Berlin and Rostock. Since 2002, doctors in these vascular disease treatment clinics have been involved in minimally invasive and catheter surgical procedures. Moreover, these techniques are not only gentle and minimally invasive, but, above all, also effective. Already in 1997, doctors conducted the first outpatient catheter treatment in the arterial system. The positive experience led in 2002 to the fact that the same method was used to treat varicose veins. Today it is impossible to imagine the treatment of varicose veins without a catheter.
After ten years of experience with catheter therapy for varicose veins and after evaluating the results and experience, a dedicated medical team in 2012 decided to abandon the radical operation of the venous system (stripping, stretching). After more than 10,000 vein removal surgeries, Saphenion uses a variety of gentle catheter treatments today. Today, the clinics have a certificate on the use of radio wave therapy RFITT and VenaSeal® (biocompatible vein glue).
At the same time, the veins stick together sparingly – for doctors this is the first choice for the treatment of varicose veins. Besides, doctors work with bipolar radio waves and microfoam sclerotherapy, which are the gold standard in modern venous therapy for the treatment of spider veins, superficial and lateral branches. This therapy has been modified by doctors at Sealing-Foam-Therapie (sticky foam). On the one hand, the desolation effect is used, on the other hand, the bonding effect. This process is not only inexpensive, it is very gentle and highly efficient. Anesthesia is unnecessary, working capacity and sports activities are unlimited.
Saphenion continues to treat arteries when they become blocked (the so-called smoker’s leg) with a balloon catheter or using a endo vascular prosthesis (stent).
Saphenion is also the only clinic in Germany that uses the RFITT radio wave catheter system to treat knee cysts (Baker`s cyst).
Before treatment, employees in Safenion surprise patients with unusual kindness. They help with a reimbursement claim from a health insurance company and provide a three – year warranty when using a biopolar radio wave catheter or VenaSeal procedure.
